This page describes how to change the billing address and email address.
If you have multiple domains under your contract, the total amount will be charged.

We send billing-related content and billing notices to the billing email address.
Billing Related Content

The changes to the billing details are applied to the bill of the following month from the date you made such changes.
For example, if you make any changes to your billing details on February 15, a new billing address will be used for the bills starting in March.

The changes to the billing details are applied during contract modifications, such as when the contract is renewed, when users are added, or when courses are changed.
You cannot change the billing details for confirmed billing details.

マネーフォワード 掛け払い（口座振替または請求書払い）でサービスを契約中で、月額サービスをご利用の場合は、［契約管理］からも請求先を変更できます。

1. Log in to cybozu.com Store.
   Logging In to cybozu.com Store

2. Click Services License.

3. Click Change in the Monthly Payment Method section.

4. ［ご請求先］項目に、新しい情報を入力します。
   請求先のメールアドレスは、［Email(サブ)］ に追加で3件登録できます。複数のメールアドレスを登録するには、メールアドレスを改行で区切ります。

5. Click Change.
