The Usage Dashboard is a feature that allows you to monitor trends in kintone usage and check how actively and widely kintone is being used.

Use of the dashboard features is subject to the following terms (however, they are not covered by the warranty described in Article 20, Paragraph 1). Please review the terms before using any dashboard.

Additionally, the dashboard features are provided using the infrastructure services of Amazon Web Services Japan G.K.

To use the Usage Dashboard, you need to have a license for the Standard or Wide plan.

The following limitations apply to the Usage Dashboard.

• You can view data for the last 30 days, starting from December 14, 2025.
• When logging in to the Usage Dashboard, IP Address Restrictions, Basic Authentication, and Secure Access Restrictions are applied.
  However, these access restrictions are not applied after login while the session is valid.
• The collection of metrics data is performed on a best-effort basis. Some data may be missing due to system load, an outage of an external cloud service such as AWS, or a temporary network error.
• It takes some time until you can check the data on Dashboard after sending a request. The data will not be reflected in real time.
• The items to be aggregated and the aggregation methods may be changed according to the development status.
• The supported languages are Japanese and English.
