Are there any risks of data leaks?
kintone AI does not acquire any rights to input data, except as permitted by the customer.
kintone AI uses a third-party service as its AI infrastructure. Questions and answers registered in kintone are sent to the third-party service.

Is my data used for AI training?
kintone AI does not save or use input data for the purpose of AI model training.
Input data is handled in accordance with the kintone AI Terms of Use. For details, refer to the following page:

Is the data sent to the generative AI shared with third parties?
kintone AI sends input data to its AI infrastructure, Amazon Bedrock, to the extent necessary to provide its AI features. Input data will not be sent to any third party other than Amazon Bedrock.
Note that the input data is not used for AI processing for other users or in other domains.

Which region is the AI infrastructure located in?

Which generative AI models are used for the AI features?
Amazon Bedrock is adopted as the AI infrastructure, and models verified to meet security requirements are selected. At present, Anthropic's Claude is used.
Note that the AI infrastructure and models may change in the future for feature additions and improvements. Also, the models used may vary depending on the feature.
What does the "Service Provider Policy" in the Terms of Use specifically refer to?
The "Service Provider Policy" refers to the policies regarding data handling and AI usage, set by the provider of the AI infrastructure used by kintone AI.

kintone AI allows you to enable or disable each AI feature and restrict access for individual users.
