Enabling kintone AI and selecting features to use

In order for users to access features offered by kintone AI, certain settings need to be configured.
A kintone administrator or cybozu.com administrator must first enable kintone AI itself, and then enable the individual AI features as needed.

Click the Settings icon (the gear-shaped icon) at the top of kintone, then click kintone AI management.

What to do if "kintone AI management" does not appear as an option
- First, make sure that you meet the requirements for using the kintone AI Lab service. For details, refer to the following page.
  Conditions for using the service
- For the kintone AI management option to appear, all of the following conditions must be met:
  - On the Permission management screen in kintone administration, the Allow checkbox is selected under System administration for the users who want to use the kintone AI management option.
    The System administration permission is always granted to cybozu.com administrators.
  - The Limit access across departments checkbox is not selected on the Department access control screen in Users & system administration.
On the kintone AI management screen, select the Enable kintone AI checkbox under kintone AI activation.
Under kintone AI Lab, select the Use checkbox for the features you want to use.

The following features are available through kintone AI Lab.
Click Save at the bottom right of the screen.

Caution

If you deselect the Enable kintone AI checkbox and disable kintone AI, it will disable all of the AI Lab features, even if they have the Use checkbox selected.
