kintone will introduce the AI credit system in the June 2026 update.

AI Credits are required to use kintone AI features.
A set number of AI credits are allocated each month, and using kintone AI features automatically consumes the required credits.
Once the usage limit is reached, kintone AI features will be unavailable for the remainder of the month.
AI credit usage is reset at the beginning of each month. Any remaining credits from the previous month will expire and cannot be carried over.

Monthly AI credit limits vary depending on your contract. Starting with the June 2026 update, the allocated AI credit limits will be as follows:

• Wide plan: Number of licensed users × 1,000 credits
• Standard plan: Number of licensed users × 500 credits
• Team Support License plan: 500 credits
• Trial period: 500 credits

kintone AI features that require AI credits and the number of AI credits consumed per use are as follows:

• AI Search: 10 credits
• AI View Analysis: 10 credits
• AI Thread Summary : 10 credits
• AI App Finder : 10 credits
• AI App Creator : 1 credit
• AI Process Creator: 1 credit
• AI App Settings Review: 1 credit

Starting with the June 2026 update, you will be able to check the information such as the total and current month's AI credit usage on the kintone administration screen.
