kintone will introduce the AI credit system in the June 2026 update.

AI Credits are required to use kintone AI features.
A certain number of AI credits are set each month, and when you use kintone AI features, the necessary AI credits are automatically consumed.
If the AI credit usage reaches the limit, you cannot use kintone AI features for the month.
The AI credit usage is reset at the beginning of each month. Even if there are remaining AI credits from the previous month, they cannot be carried over to the next month.

The monthly limit on AI credits varies depending on your contract. After the June 2026 regular update, the AI credit limits will be as follows:

• Wide plan: Number of licensed users × 1,000 credits
• Standard plan: Number of licensed users × 500 credits
• Team Support License: 500 credits
• During the trial period: 500 credits

The following kintone AI features consume AI credits and the number of AI credits consumed per use.

• Search AI: 10 credits
• Record List Analysis AI: 10 credits
• Thread Summary AI: 10 credits
• Searching AI apps: 10 credits
• App Creation AI: 1 credit
• Process Management Settings AI: 1 credit
• App Settings Review AI: 1 credit

Starting with the June 2026 update, the kintone administration screen will display the overall AI Credit usage as well as the usage for the current month.
