This section describes how to use the Record List Analysis AI from the iOS mobile app.

To use the record list analysis AI from the iOS mobile app, the following preparations are required from the PC version.

• A kintone administrator must have enabled kintone AI and selected to use the AI View Analysis feature.

This explains the basic steps for using the record list analysis AI in the iOS mobile app.

1. Open the mobile app for iOS.

2. Open an app that can use AI View Analysis.

3. Tap the drop-down list for switching views, and then tap the view you want to switch to.

4. Tap "Analyze records".
   

5. On the chatbot screen, tap a prompt button or enter a question or instruction and then tap "Send".
   When you tap "Use prebuilt prompts", a list of prebuilt prompt buttons appears.
   You can enter up to 1,000 characters for instructions or questions.
   

6. Check the analysis results.

7. Tapping "Back" will open the "View" screen and close the screen for using Record List Analysis AI.
