This section describes how to use the AI View Analysis feature in the iOS mobile app.

To use the AI View Analysis feature in the iOS mobile app, you must make the following preparations in the desktop view.

• A kintone administrator must have enabled kintone AI and selected to use the AI View Analysis feature.

Using AI View Analysis

This section describes the basic steps to use the AI View Analysis feature in the iOS mobile app.

1. Open the mobile app for iOS.

2. Open an app that can use AI View Analysis.

3. Tap the view drop-down list, and then tap the view you want.

4. Tap Analyze records.
   

5. On the chatbot screen, tap a prompt button, or enter a question or instruction and tap Send.
   When you tap Use Prepared Prompts, a list of prepared prompt buttons appears.
   You can enter up to 1,000 characters for a question or instruction.
   

6. Check the analysis results.

7. Tapping Back opens the View screen and closes the AI View Analysis screen.
