iPad app for non-desk workers
The iPad app for non-desk workers is a kintone app that allows you to create multiple input forms in a single kintone app.
Prerequisites for Using
To use the iPad app for non-desk workers, you must meet the following conditions:
Service plan / License
You can use the iPad app for non-desk workers in the following cases:
- You have a Standard or Wide license plan
- You have a Standard license plan with the Academic License or the Government License
- You have a Team Support License plan
- The kintone trial period is being used
Supported OS
The iPad app for non-desk workers can be used on devices running iPadOS 26 or later.
Limitations
The following limitations apply to the iPad app for non-desk workers.
Guest users and guest spaces
The following limitations apply to guest users and guest spaces.
- Guest users cannot use the iPad app for Non-Desk Workers.
- You cannot specify apps in guest spaces as apps to be used in the iPad app for non-desk workers.
Limit value
There are limits to the number of apps that can be used and the number of forms that can be created.
- The number of kintone apps that can be allowed for use in the iPad app for non-desk workers is 10 per domain.
- You can create up to 10 forms for the Non-Desk Worker iPad app in a single kintone app.
Custom view
The following limitations apply to customization.
- The plug-ins, JavaScript, and CSS customizations of kintone apps are not supported in the iPad app for non-desk workers. We do not provide support for any issues caused by such customizations.
- The iPad app for non-desk workers itself cannot be customized using plugins, JavaScript, or CSS.
API Request
When the iPad app for non-desk workers is used, it consumes the number of API requests included in the license for your contract. (As of April 2026)

Supported Languages
The Non-desk Worker iPad app is only available in Japanese.
